Happy Pancake Week Lovely Friends!


What a perfect week with one Happy Pancake day!
We celebrated making this healthy and yummy recipe together, these pancakes were just perfect. Fluffy and topped with strawberries and maple syrup, couldn't resist to eat more than one.
Let me know if you try this recipe, it is super healthy for kids.




Ingredients
3/4 cup of Milk
1 egg
2 tbsp of melted butter
1 tbsp of white vinegar (optional, if you enjoy this taste in your pancakes)
1 cup of whole wheat flour
2 tbsp of brown sugar
1tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt

a mini scoop of hemp hearts and chia seeds (adding a lot of fiber and good protein!)

How to
Combine vinegar, milk and set aside for at least 5 minutes to "sour" the ingredients.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Whisk the egg and butter with the milk until the lumps are gone.
Heat a skillet and cook your pancakes.
